The "issue" the Linux unzip tool seems to have is that the file does not have a central directory at the end but needs to be unzipped sequentially instead, and the Linux tool appears to be unable to do that. The default behavior (with no options) is to extract into the current directory (and subdirectories below it) all files from the specified ZIP archive. If it gives you some details, you have unzip installed already.
